"Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is what you learn on the way down"
Cheryl has such a warm, friendly teaching style and creates a really comfortable and welcoming environment. Her sessions are great for beginners but also have lots of options for more experienced yogis. I always leave with a big smile and renewed energy to get me through the rest of the week, thank you!

I used to enjoy Yoga but as my arthritic toes got stiffer and more painful it became too hard to do any of the poses. I've invested in some 1 on 1 sessions with Cheryl from Octopus Yoga and I am LOVING IT!
Cheryl is fantastic and is providing me with modifications to enable me to practice while looking after my feet.

If anyone is looking for a wonderful yoga session for either yourself or your kids, I highly recommend Octopus Yoga run by Cheryl. Her sessions are fun, relaxing and engaging. My daughter Georgia just had her first lesson today and loved it!
