Throughout this course you will learn mindfulness techniques that will help you to recognise unhelpful stress, anxiety and tension in the body and in the mind. You will learn many strategies to deal with these and how to train your attention, to self-nourish and to be kind to yourself. Each week we will explore an aspect of mindfulness and how these techniques work. You will generate a daily mindfulness practice with a daily reflection journal (provided) and will be given recordings to support you with your practice in-between our sessions. What's included: - 8 weekly mindfulness classes - 8 weeks of mindfulness journal prompts - Recorded mindfulness practices for you to use in your own time.
